Bump To Commercial Break
(wild card)
Prime Video wanted a unique transition from game footage to commercial break during the wild card game. Why not go with a literal card match? The idea was conceived from our director, John Schleef, who wanted a high detail card table showing the featured athletes on the cards. How we got to the cards was up to me. I wanted to keep the sense of realism within a normal poker game. So I figured a hand flipping a card could be a cool transition? This was such a fun project to make.

Another Bump to break

desk monitors
The monitors used in the Pregame, halftime, and postgame show needed a fresh new look. My assignment was to enhance the current team logos and make them loop. I made a mix of the full color version, a black/neon, and repeated text into this constant loop.

The black/neon logos were my favorite design elements within this graphic

Scorebug... Scoreboard... Scorebar...?
However you want to call it, I was tasked to animate all the functions for big10 Football and Basketball. I also templated the project to be versioned out for all the teams in the Big 10 conference. The initial layout/design of the graphic was developed by the talented director, Chad Hudson.

A few features shown from the broadcast

The Basketball Scorebug featured some exciting breakthrough graphics. Elements popping out of the scorebug, and causing the whole system to shake when there's a big moment in a game. With help from the extremely talented Integration graphics team, These animations were able to be implement ted in a live graphics system.
